  • In a bowl combine cornflake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Dip chicken pieces in melted margarine or butter, then roll in cornflake mixture. Place on a baking rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake in the 375 degree F oven about 30 minutes or until no pink remains. Makes 4 servings.
