For marinade, in a 2-cup glass measure combine wine, orange juice, soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, oil, garlic powder, and ginger.
Cut lengthwise turkey or chicken into thin strips. Place strips in a plastic bag set in a shallow bowl. Pour marinade over poultry; seal and turn bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Drain the poultry. Skewer accordian-style onto several wooden skewers. Place on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once. Makes 4 servings.
