At one end of an uncooked hot dog, make four cuts into the side (about 1/4 inch apart, cutting almost all the way through). Turn the hot dog so the cuts are on the bottom, and make four more cuts. Repeat cutting and turning until the length of the worm is sliced. Cut another hot dog. Bring them to a rolling boil in a pot of water until the worms squirm to life. Serve on a bed of shredded cabbage or lettuce. Makes 1 serving.
