Shrimp and Sausage Boil
Bring an easy-to-share platter of this favorite shrimp boil recipe to the table and everyone will be impressed. We call for smoked kielbasa or andouille sausage for this Cajun seafood boil since it's already cooked, that way you only have to worry about cooking until the shrimp is done without worrying about overcooked shrimp. Toss in the lemon halves last to squeeze over the shrimp and sausage boil for bright fresh flavor.

Tip
Shrimp boil or crab boil (a common brand is Zatarain's) can be found in your grocery store's spice aisle in a bag or bottle. If you can't find the spice blend, you can sub additional Old Bay Seasoning.
Cocktail Sauce
In a bowl combine 1/3 cup chili sauce, 1/3 cup reduced-sugar ketchup, 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion, 2 teaspoons cider vinegar, 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish, and 1 clove garlic, minced. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Makes about 3/4 cup.
Garlic Mayonnaise
In a small bowl stir together 1 clove garlic, 1 tsp. olive oil, and 3/4 cup mayonnaise.
