Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine cooked pork, sweet pepper, celery, and onion. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, orange peel, spice blend, lemon or lime peel, and sugar; stir into pork mixture. Cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours.
  2. Just before serving, fold in coleslaw mix and citrus sections. Spoon filling into buns. Makes 6 to 8 sandwiches.
