  • Preheat oven to 425 degree F. Grease a baking sheet; roll pizza dough into a 15x10-inch rectangle on prepared baking sheet. Build up edges of dough slightly. Sprinkle 1-1/2 cups of the cheese over the dough. Spoon salsa evenly over cheese. Top with mushrooms and pepperoni. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
