Directions

  1. To warm taco shells, place on a baking sheet and heat in a 350 degree F oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through. (Or, to warm flour tortillas, wrap tortillas tightly in foil. Heat in a 350 degree F oven about 10 minutes or until heated through.)
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan combine Shredded Savory Pork and Picante Sauce or salsa; heat through (add additional Picante Sauce or salsa, if necessary, to moisten).
  3. To assemble tacos, place pork mixture in warm taco shells. (If using flour tortillas, place pork mixture in center of warm tortillas; fold in half over pork mixture.) Top with lettuce, cheese, and olives. If desired, serve with sour cream and avocado. Makes 4 tacos.
