Place tortillas on a cookie sheet or broiler pan. Broil tortillas 4 to 5 inches from the heat until just warm. Layer half of ham, sliced pears, and shredded cheese on each warm tortilla. Broil layered tortillas for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Fold tortillas in half or roll up into a spiral. Cut each roll in half. Makes 2 main-dish servings.
