Cut tortilla into quarters. In an 8-inch skillet cook bacon until crisp; drain and halve bacon, reserving 1 teaspoon of the drippings in skillet. Reheat skillet over medium heat. Add tortilla pieces to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown, turning to cook both sides. Remove from skillet.
Combine mayonnaise, salsa, and milk. Top cooked tortilla quarters with a layer of lettuce, cheese, and tomato slices. Top with bacon pieces. Spoon mayonnaise mixture over bacon. Makes 1 serving.
