Cook, covered, over medium heat about 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Spoon meat mixture onto tortillas. Top with Quick Jalapeño Sauce and, if desired, cabbage, chile pepper slices, and/or queso fresco. Fold tortillas over filling. If desired, serve with lime. Quick Jalapeño Sauce In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, vinegar, the water, and garlic. *Tip: Because chile peppers contain volatile oils that can burn your skin and eyes, avoid direct contact with them as much as possible. When working with chile peppers, wear plastic or rubber gloves. If your bare hands do touch the peppers, wash your hands and nails well with soap and warm water.
