- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wrap tortillas in foil; heat in oven about 10 minutes or until heated through.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl stir together shredded meat, the 1 cup salsa, the bean dip, and fajita seasoning.
- Grease a 3-quart rectangular baking dish; set aside. To assemble burritos, place 1/3 cup of the meat mixture onto each tortilla near one edge. Top meat mixture on each tortilla with a stick of cheese. Fold in the sides of tortilla and roll up, starting from edge with the filling. Place filled tortillas, seam sides down, in prepared dish.
- Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until heated through. If desired, serve with lettuce, sour cream, and additional salsa.

I made this for 2 of us and it made 3 burritos with 8" tortillas. i could have stretched it to 4 because they were a little overfilled but no way is 1/3 cup an adequate filling. I used reduced fat cheddar for the cheese. Good flavor. Also, the bean dip came in 9-ounce cans. I did not find the smaller...just weighed out the 3 1/8 ounce amount.
