Pork and Apple Slaw Wraps

Directions

  1. For slaw, in a bowl toss together apples and cider vinegar. Stir in sweet pepper, mayonnaise, and maple syrup.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink. Drizzle with barbecue sauce; toss to coat.
  3. Spoon pork mixture into cabbage leaves. Top with apple slaw. Sprinkle with green onions.
