Use pomegranate syrup to give an extra flavor boost to mimosas, shake into cocktails, or drizzle into club soda.

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

  • In a large saucepan stir together juice and sugar. Cook over medium heat just until boiling, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add rosemary. Simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until syrupy. Remove and cool. Divide among bottles. Chill up to 1 month.
