Ingredients

  • 3 cup dried bowtie pasta

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoon seasoned salt

  • 3 cup sliced red, green, and/or yellow sweet peppers

  • 8 ounce cubed mozzarella or provolone cheese

  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes

  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni, halved

  • ½ cup chopped red onion

  • ½ cup sliced, pitted ripe black olives

  • snipped fresh oregano

  • 1 ½ cup bottled creamy garlic, creamy parmesan, or Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well. In a very large bowl whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and seasoned salt. Add pasta; toss to coat. Cover and chill overnight.

  2. Add peppers, cheese, tomatoes, pepperoni, onion, olives, and oregano pasta. Add dressing. Toss to coat. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
