Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat or white pita bread rounds

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 4 teaspoon snipped fresh oregano

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Split pita rounds in half horizontally; cut each half into six wedges. Arrange in a single layer on two large baking sheets.

  2. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients; brush over pita wedges. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown and crisp. Remove; cool on wire racks.
