  • Line a large cookie sheet with foil; set aside. In a medium saucepan cook and stir white chocolate and candy coating over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

  • In a large bowl combine pistachios and dried cranberries. Pour white chocolate mixture over pistachio mixture, stirring to coat. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared cookie sheet. Let stand until set.

Layer candies between sheets of waxed paper in an airtight container; cover. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
