Pina Colada

  • ½ cup (4 ounces) cream of coconut

  • 1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple (juice pack), undrained

  • cup (about 3 ounces) dark or light rum

  • 2 tablespoon lime juice

  • 4 cup ice cubes


  1. In a blender combine cream of coconut, pineapple, rum, and lime juice. Cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, gradually add ice cubes through opening in lid until smooth.
