Directions

  1. Divide strawberries, orange, cucumber, and mint among eight 3-oz. ice-pop molds.
  2. In a 2-cup liquid measure combine ginger ale and Pimm's No. 1. Pour into molds; insert sticks. Freeze pops overnight.
