Directions

  1. Chill a medium mixing bowl and the beaters of an electric mixer. In the chilled bowl, beat whipping cream with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form (tips curl). By hand, gradually fold chocolate syrup into whipped cream until smooth. Fold in crushed cookies.
  2. Cut bananas in half crosswise, then in half lengthwise. To assemble, arrange bananas and strawberries in dessert dishes. Top with the chocolate mixture. If desired, sprinkle with toasted coconut or additional crushed cookies. Serve immediately.
