Pickled Whiskey Cocktail


Forget the pickleback we put the pickle juice right in with the whiskey in this well-balanced cocktail recipe.

  • ¾ ounce (1 1/2 Tbsp.) freshly squeezed lime juice

  • ½ ounce (1 Tbsp.) dill pickle juice

  • Drizzle honey

  • Drizzle sriracha sauce

  • 1 ½ ounce (3 Tbsp.) Irish whiskey

  • Ice cubes


  1. In a cocktail shaker combine lime juice, pickle brine, honey, and sriracha. Stir to dissolve the honey. Add whiskey and ice cubes; cover and shake until very cold. Strain into a cocktail glass.
