(Or steep the milk with ingredients like herbs or spices to flavor it.) In another large bowl beat 2 cups heavy cream and 2 teaspoons vanilla until it holds soft peaks; fold into condensed milk. Spread into a 9x5-inch loaf pan or two pint freezer containers. Freeze, covered, 8 hours or until firm. Chocolate: Whisk in 1/3 cup cocoa powder. Strawberry: Stir in 3 cups pureed strawberries.
