Peppermint Cream Tassies

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl prepare one 4-serving-size package white chocolate or French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix according to package directions, except use 1 1/2 cups milk and 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract. Cover pudding surface with plastic wrap; chill about 5 minutes or until set and spoonable. Just before serving, spoon pudding into 32 to 36 baked miniature phyllo dough shells. If desired, pipe whipped cream over pudding and sprinkle with coarsely crushed peppermint candies. Serve immediately.
