  • ¾ cup bottled Asian ginger sesame salad dressing

  • 2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

  • 6 cup shredded cabbage(1/2 of a medium head), packaged shredded cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix), or packaged shredded broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)

  • ⅓ - ½ cup thinly sliced green onions

  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

  • 1 3 ounce package chicken-flavor ramen noodles

  • ½ cup chopped peanuts


  1. For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine Asian dressing and peanut butter. Cover and shake well, adding 1 to 2 tablespoons water if necessary to reach desired consistency.

  2. In a large bowl combine cabbage, green onions, and sesame seeds. Break noodles into small pieces (save seasoning packet for another use) and add to cabbage mixture. Drizzle with dressing; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Sprinkle with peanuts.
