  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl combine boiling water and oats; let stand 10 minutes. Meanwhile, grease a 13x9-inch baking pan.

  • Add both sugars and butter to oats mixture, stirring until butter is melted. Stir in eggs until combined. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in 1 cup of the peanut butter pieces.

  • Spread batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle with pecans and remaining peanut butter pieces. Bake 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
