Peach sangria is a summer drink go-to, but this one pushes flavors even more squarely into summer territory by using sparkling rose wine as the base.




  • In a large pitcher combine 2 cups apricot nectar, 1/2 cup apricot brandy, and 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice; stir in 2 cups sliced peaches and 1/2 cup raspberries. Chill. To serve, gently pour in one bottle sparkling rosé. Serve with fresh basil.
