Directions
- In a blender combine tofu, the frozen berries, the almond milk, grape juice, and peanut butter. Cover and blend until smooth. Gradually add ice through hole in lid, blending until almost smooth.
- Divide tofu mixture between two tall glasses. If desired, garnish with fresh blueberries. Serve immediately.
