Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden. Stir in the beans, tomatoes, and snipped or dried basil. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and, if desired, salt. Serve over hot cooked pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper. Garnish with basil leaves. Makes 4 servings.
