Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Stir in tortellini. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in spinach and cook about 15 seconds or just until spinach is wilted. To serve, ladle soup into individual bowls. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 2 side-dish servings.
