Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring chicken broth and water to boiling. Add pasta, leeks, and garlic. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Boil gently, uncovered, about 3 minutes or until pasta is nearly tender. Add ham, sugar snap peas, asparagus, dill, and lemon peel. Return to boiling. Boil gently about 2 minutes more or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
