Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta. Rinse with cold water; drain again. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, and the 1/4 cup chives.
  2. For dressing, in a small bowl, stir together olive oil, lemon juice, shallot, the 1/3 cup dill, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture. Toss lightly to coat. Spoon into a serving dish. Top with salmon, sliced onion, and sour cream. Sprinkle with additional chives and/or dill, if desired. Makes 4 main-dish servings.
