Lemon-Basil Pasta With Vegetables
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding the frozen vegetables the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Drain.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan melt the margarine or butter. Stir in parsley, garlic, lemon peel, basil, salt, and ground red pepper. Pour over pasta mixture. Toss to coat. Makes 4 side-dish servings.
