Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; keep warm. Meanwhile, spray a 2- or 3-quart saucepan with nonstick coating. Cook mushrooms about 5 minutes or until tender.
Add thawed Basic Italian Sauce to mushrooms; bring to boiling. Stir in cooked shrimp and ham; heat through. Serve over hot cooked pasta. Sprinkle with freshly grated Romano cheese, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
