Lightly coat a 3-quart rectangular baking dish with cooking spray. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook mushrooms, onion, sweet pepper, Canadian bacon, and garlic in hot oil for 3 minutes. Add basil and oregano.
Drain pasta and return it to saucepan. Add marinara sauce to toss to coat. Spread pasta evenly into prepared baking dish. Top with vegetable mixture. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 15 minutes. Uncover; top with pepperoni and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, about 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is hot. Makes 8 servings.
