• Lightly coat a 3-quart rectangular baking dish with cooking spray. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook mushrooms, onion, sweet pepper, Canadian bacon, and garlic in hot oil for 3 minutes. Add basil and oregano.

  • Drain pasta and return it to saucepan. Add marinara sauce to toss to coat. Spread pasta evenly into prepared baking dish. Top with vegetable mixture. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 15 minutes. Uncover; top with pepperoni and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, about 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is hot. Makes 8 servings.
