Directions

  1. Prepare fettuccine according to package directions, adding minced garlic during last minute of cooking. Drain fettuccine; toss with oil and pepper. Divide onto 4 serving plates.
  2. Top each serving with 1/2 tablespoon of each of the cheeses. Garnish with snipped oregano, if desired. Makes 4 side-dish servings.
