Cook pasta according to package directions, except omit any oil or salt. Drain. Return pasta to saucepan; cover and keep warm.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook and stir mushrooms and garlic in hot butter for 3 minutes. Stir in white wine, bouillon granules, and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream; add cooked pasta. Cook and stir until heated through (do not boil). Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese. Makes 2 servings.
