Simmer, covered, about 20 minutes or till macaroni is tender, stirring often. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and heat about 2 minutes more or till cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.

I was skeptical that the macaroni would not be cooked because l used instead of the separate tomatoes and chilies a can of rotel. So I added 1\2 cup of water. My husband loved it!
