Pan-Roasted Mushrooms

Directions

  1. In a large skillet cook mushrooms and onion in hot oil over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender and golden, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook and stir for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Carefully add vinegar, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
