Paleo Sesame Tuna Lettuce Wraps
Layer lettuce leaves to make two stacks (2 leaves per stack). In a small bowl combine the next four ingredients (through cilantro). Spoon tuna mixture into lettuce stacks; top with carrot and almonds. Wrap lettuce around tuna mixture to eat. Serve with pineapple on the side.Advertisement
Place lettuce leaves in an airtight container. In another airtight container stir together next 4 ingredients (through cilantro) until combined. Place carrot, almonds, and pineapple in separate airtight containers. Place all containers in an insulated lunch pack with a frozen ice pack. Assemble wraps as directed and serve with pineapple. Serve within 5 hours.
Choose containers that are just large enough to hold the food so that they all fit in the insulated lunch pack.
