Grill, covered, 6 to 8 minutes or until corn starts to blacken. Rub each ear with lemon half. Stir together the fleur de sel and smoked paprika. Sprinkle approximately 1/2 tsp. onto each ear of corn evenly, pinch by pinch with your fingers. Serve warm.
