Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice Swiss chard leaves into 2-inch pieces and chop stems into 3/4-inch pieces.
  2. In a large bowl combine chard, raisins, and oil; toss gently to coat. Transfer to an ungreased 3-quart rectangular baking dish, mounding slightly in center if necessary.
  3. Bake, covered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until chard is slightly wilted. Add vinegar, salt, and pepper; toss gently to coat. Transfer to a serving dish. If desired, sprinkle with pine nuts.
