Coat a 15x10-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough in the prepared pan. Press onto the bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan. Brush with oil. Bake 7 minutes. Top with tomatoes, cheese, and garlic. Bake 8 to 10 minutes more or until crust is golden brown. Tear or snip large basil leaves. Sprinkle pizza with basil and, if desired, black pepper.
