Generously butter foil. In a large pot heat and stir peanut butter and butter over medium-low until melted and smooth. Add marshmallows; heat until melted, stirring occasionally. Stir in marshmallow creme until combined. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients to coat. Transfer pretzel mixture to prepared pan, pressing firmly into pan. Let stand 2 to 3 hours or until set. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
