Moroccan Pita Flatbreads

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread one side of pita rounds with hummus; arrange on a large baking sheet. Coarsely chop reserved short ribs; arrange meat and reserved vegetables on pita rounds. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine yogurt and cilantro. Stir in enough milk to reach drizzling consistency. Drizzle over pita rounds and, if desired, top with green onions.
