For each sandwich, cut circles from the centers of three slices of white bread using a round biscuit cutter or cookie cutter. Spread one side of a bread circle with desired sandwich spread. Layer sliced cooked roast beef and sliced cheddar cheese atop sandwich spread. Top with another bread circle and repeat layers, topping with third bread slice. For the eyes, affix pimiento-stuffed green olives on top of sandwich with toothpicks.
Spread cut side of the top half of an everything bagel thin with mayonnaise. Layer fresh basil leaves, sliced provolone cheese, and sliced tomatoes on bottom halves. Replace top half of bagel thin. For the eyes, affix two bite-size fresh mozzarella balls and two black olive slices atop sandwich with toothpicks.
For each sandwich, cut one slice rye bread in half. Spread one side of a halved bread slice with yellow mustard. Layer sliced cooked ham and fresh spinach leaves over the other halved bread slice. Replace with remaining bread slice, mustard side down. For the eyes and nose, affix red onion slices and bottled hot or mild banana peppers, drained and patted dry, to the top of the sandwich with toothpicks.
For each sandwich, spread one side of a whole wheat bread slice with desired sandwich sauce. Layer sliced cooked turkey breast, lettuce, and sliced red onion over sandwich spread and position a sliced miniature red sweet pepper half in the center of sandwich for the tongue. Top with another bread slice. For the eyes, halve one peeled hard- cooked egg; gently rub center of yolk with ground black pepper to resemble pupils. Affix eggs on top of sandwich with toothpicks.
