Mint Vinaigrette Drizzle

Oil and vinegar probably isn't the first thing you think of to serve over slices of melon, but this fresh mint vinaigrette goes with every type of melon.

  • ½ cup white wine vinegar

  • 6 tablespoon olive oil

  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh mint

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper


  1. In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, olive oil, mint, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over fresh melon. Makes 1 cup.
