Shape into eight 1/2-inch thick patties; place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil 4 inches from heat 6 to 9 minutes or until done (an instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally into patties registers 165°F), turning once. Place 2 patties on each pita; top with Watermelon-Feta Salad. If desired, sprinkle with mint leaves. Fold over to eat.
