Roll out each to about 6 inches in diameter. Spray both sides with cooking spray and place biscuits on grill over low heat. Cook, uncovered, about 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown; turn. Cook, covered, 2 to 3 minutes more or until golden brown. Remove from heat. Divide cream cheese between pizzas and top with mozzarella cheese, leaving a 1-inch border. Brush border with oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Return to grill and cook, covered, 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with salmon and chives. Sprinkle with capers, if desired.
