  • Trim fat from pork chops. Rub both sides of chops with Cajun seasoning. Grill chops on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 8 to 12 minutes or until chops are slightly pink in center and juices run clear, turning once. Serve salsa with chops. Makes 4 servings.
