For melon salsa, in a small bowl, stir together the chopped honeydew, cantaloupe, and honey. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Trim fat from pork chops. Rub both sides of chops with Cajun seasoning. Grill chops on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 8 to 12 minutes or until chops are slightly pink in center and juices run clear, turning once. Serve salsa with chops. Makes 4 servings.
