Directions

  1. Trim fat from pork. Cut pork into thin bite-size strips. In a 12-inch skillet cook and stir pork and onion in hot oil over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is done.
  2. Stir in frozen vegetables, noodles, soup, broth, water, marjoram or thyme, and pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
