Directions

  1. Form ground lamb or beef into four 3/4-inch-thick patties. Press pepper evenly into patties. Grill patties on the greased rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 14 to 18 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in side of patty registers 160 degrees F., turning once.
  2. Place lettuce on bottoms of rolls. Top with patties, feta cheese, tomato slices, mint, and tops of rolls.
